Eric holds a degree in business administration and brings a strong business and systems approach to his consulting. His initiation into the field of dentistry was in the area of office management. He managed dental practices for over ten years and has been consulting over 250 offices nationwide since 2001.
He is a John Maxwell Speak Like a Leader Certified and trained by Paul Homoly Speaking Program. He has lead 2 day trainings all over North America for the last 17 years.

Larry Guzzardo
30-year Dental Consultant and All-Star’s Head Instructor
Larry Guzzardo is a highly sought after dental practice consultant and international speaker. His skill and talent is offering practical, common sense solutions to improve dental practice productivity. In addition to his consulting business, Larry is co-founder of All-Star Dental Academy, an online training and certification program designed to improve scheduling processes and enhance the patient experience. He is also a faculty member at the Dawson Academy. Alex is the CEO and Founder of All-Star Dental Academy. He has authored the dental practice game-changer book “Dental Practice Excellence” and co-wrote a bestselling book with Brian Tracy. Alex has shared the stage with Michael Gerber (the author of “The E–Myth Revisited”), and lectures nationally and internationally to prestigious dental organizations. He is a former Tony Robbins top coach and consultant, having worked with companies upwards of $100 million. His passion is to help others create personal wealth and make a positive impact on the people around them. Alex received his Juris Doctor (JD) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University.

Robyn Reis

Robyn began her dental career in 1998 as a marketing and communications director for a large group practice, and instantly fell in love with the world of dentistry. She has spent every waking moment since learning, growing and collaborating with dentists and their teams utilizing her expertise in all aspects of dental practice management, marketing, communications, HR, continuing education, and laboratory sales. Location and Lodging
Practice Growth Summit 2023 will be held at the Lago Mar Beach Resort & Club in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The Fort Lauderdale beachfront resort that is decidedly, and purposefully, different. Understated, not loud. Gracious, not pretentious. Deferential, not presumptuous. In short, a sophisticated retreat where you can appreciate the enduring traditions of genuine hospitality.
Lago Mar has recently been recognized by Condé Nast Traveler for it’s luxurious and friendly atmosphere.
The Lago Mar is providing All-Star guests a spacious Executive Suite Upgrade (pending availability). The Executive Suite offers a residential ambience, feature one bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, wet bar with refrigerator, and microwave oven, flat-screen TVs in the bedroom and living room, executive desks with plenty of workspace, and a private balcony.
Rooms are $235 per night (plus tax and all hotel fees) with an automatic upgrade to an Executive Suite (subject to availability).
The Lago Mar is also waiving valet parking fees, and provides free Wifi, fitness center access, and no resort fees.
Additional family friendly amenities include a putting green, tennis courts, large private beach, basketball court, volleyball court, large outdoor chess board, shuffleboard, beach playground, hammocks, and much more!
Please note that since Lago Mar Beach Resort & Club is a private hotel and country club, outside guests are not permitted on the property. AGD PACE CE Eligible
Earn up to 12 hours of AGD PACE Practice Management (Code 550) CE hours at this event. Sign in sheets will be available each day and to earn full credits, you must sign in on Friday and Saturday.
Course Content
We will break down fundamental practice management systems and patient experience strategies so that practice leadership can identify areas of opportunity for team growth.
Educational Objectives
Participants will learn strategies and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness of basic patient service skills and practice management systems. We will also explore internal HR and management systems to boost employee happiness, motivation, and productivity

This is a live event to take place May 19 and 20, 2023 at the Lago Mar Resort in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Educational sessions will be between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Changes to Your Schedule
If a ticket holder needs to cancel for any reason, tickets will be refunded less a 5% service charge up to 90 days prior to the event. Between 90 and 30 days of the event, we will transfer your ticket to a future Summit event. Please note that future ticket prices may increase, and you will be required to make up the difference, if any. Cancelations 30 days or less from the event date will forfeit the ticket and will not be refunded.
