Do I need to be a member to attend All-Star Events?
You do not have to be an All-Star member to attend our events, however, you will save BIG on ticket prices. Plus, more importantly, you gain access to our powerful online training program that can help reinforce the lessons learned at our events and transform your team and practice. Membership also gives you access to special rates for coaching, in-office training, hiring services, and more! AGD PACE CE Eligible
Earn 7 to 14 hours of AGD PACE Practice Management (Code 550) CE hours at these events. Sign in sheets will be available each day of training and to earn full credits, you must sign in.
We will break down fundamental practice management systems and patient experience strategies so that practice leadership can identify areas of opportunity for team growth.
Educational Objectives
Participants will learn strategies and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness of basic patient service skills and practice management systems. We will also explore internal management systems to boost employee happiness, motivation, productivity and patient outcomes

These are live training events where we will work together in lecture format and in group exercises

Fee
Fees vary by event, by lead time for purchase, and by All-Star membership status. Please refer to specific event page for exact fees
Credits
7 Hours of Lecture Credit per day, up to 14 hours for a two-day event, AGD PACE Course Code 550
Cancellations
If a ticket holder needs to cancel for any reason, tickets will be refunded less a 5% service charge up to 90 days prior to the event. Between 90 days of the event and 30 days, we will transfer your ticket to a future All-Star event. Please note that future ticket prices may increase and you will be required to make up the difference if any. Cancelations 30 days or less from the event date will forfeit the ticket and will not be refunded.
