    Earn up to 14 hours of AGD PACE Practice Management (Code 550) CE hours at this event. Sign in sheets will be available each day and to earn full credits, you must sign in on both days.

    We will break down fundamental practice management systems and patient experience strategies so that practice leadership can identify areas of opportunity for team growth.

    Educational Objectives

    Participants will learn strategies and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness of basic patient service skills and practice management systems. We will also explore internal management systems to boost employee happiness, motivation, productivity and patient outcomes
