Chief Executive Officer
Alex is the CEO and Founder of All-Star Dental Academy®. He has authored the dental practice game-changer book “Dental Practice Excellence” and co-wrote a bestselling book with Brian Tracy. Alex has shared the stage with Michael Gerber (the author of “The E–Myth Revisited”), and lectures nationally and internationally to prestigious dental organizations. He is a former Tony Robbins top coach and consultant, having worked with companies upwards of $100 million. His passion is to help others create personal wealth and make a positive impact on the people around them. Alex received his Juris Doctor (JD) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University.

Heather is a former retail sales trainer and manager for Bloomingdale’s, Kate Spade, and Theory, and a top new patient coordinator for a multi-million-dollar high-end dental practice where she personally increased revenue by over a million dollars in less than 18 months. She has over 24 years of customer service, training, and phone experience, and designed the All-Star Dental Academy® Phone Success Course as well as the GREAT Call® Process.

Chief Operations Officer
Tom is All-Star’s in-house diplomat and marketing guy. He has been involved in marketing, advertising, branding, and design for over 30 years. He has a BA from UCLA in English with a minor in Business, and another BA from the prestigious Art Center College of Design. For All-Star, Tom puts his creative talents to use in designing and writing our go-to-market materials, and uses his business skills to help strategically guide the company.

Larry is a highly sought after dental practice consultant and international speaker. His skill and talent is offering practical, common sense solutions to improve dental practice productivity. He is also a faculty member at the Dawson Academy. Larry has delivered countless presentations including, “Winning Patient Acceptance of Fine Dentistry,” “Working with You is Tearing Us Apart,” and “The Leadership Challenge.”

Eric holds a degree in business administration and brings a strong business and systems approach to his consulting. His initiation into the field of dentistry was in the area of office management. He managed dental practices for over ten years and has been consulting over 250 offices nationwide since 2001.

Robyn began her dental career in 1998 as a marketing and communications director for a large group practice, and instantly fell in love with the world of dentistry. She has spent every waking moment since learning, growing and collaborating with dentists and their teams utilizing her expertise in all aspects of dental practice management, marketing, communications, HR, continuing education, and laboratory sales. Robyn’s personal goals are to make a difference in someone’s life every single day and to give the best of herself to those around her.

Jenn is an All-Star Mastery Coach. She has experienced the business of dentistry from many angles and has helped teams and doctors reach record-breaking goals with her expertise in case acceptance. Her passion for dentistry is why she remains on the front line working the dental trade every day.
TRICIA WELDON
Program Advisor
Tricia Weldon, All-Star’s client success specialist and event coordinator, graduated college with a BA in Sports Entertainment and Event Management. For over 9 years she was a senior event manager for the Colorado Convention Center. She planned and executed 20,000+ headcount shows, conventions, trade events, intimate parties, and concerts.
Morgan Benjamin
Program Advisor
Morgan is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a BA in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management. Before joining the All-Star team Morgan enjoyed 12 years at the Colorado Convention Center as a Senior Event Manager. She has experience planning and executing conventions, public events, concerts, corporate meetings, and social events. The skill set Morgan gained from years of event management is well utilized with the All-Star support team, hiring team, and event planning.
JACKIE NUNEZ

Jackie’s dental career began back in 2010 as a dental assistant. Over the years, she has been able to experience many roles within the dental field. Starting as an assistant, then a clinical supervisor, and in my current role I am able to assist offices in the ever present task of hiring new team members! I believe my experience inside dental offices has given me the tools to connect with Doctors and Office Managers to help truly understand what they are needing in their roles. In this challenging hiring environment, one of the best feelings is being able to find the perfect match for both the employee and employer.
Brandis DeWilligen

Brandis graduated from University of Southern Indiana in 2015 and took her Theatre/Public Relations degree to the customer service world and began her career in dentistry by working front desk/dental administration.
