Hello friends, welcome to your weekly motivational moments with Eric Vickery, president of coaching at All-Star Dental Academy. I’m very excited this week to talk to you about self-talk. And for most of you that know me know that I’m very big on what we say up here mindset, what we’re, what you, you are, what you eat, whatever you’re plugging into appears coming out and it’s revealing itself. And there is no better way

than to start your day and then continue throughout the day with your self-talk. So, you know, I am statements are really, really powerful. You know, they are things that allow your mind to speak to your subconscious and program it. Whatever you’re saying up here is telling your empty hard drive what to believe about you. This goes with confidence, this goes with your willingness, this goes with your attitude, it all reflects and that’s what’s coming out.

So I wanna challenge you to write out your I am statement, your self-talk, what are you gonna say up here? What are you gonna do? And then actually do it all week this week. And here’s what you’re gonna do. You’re not only gonna write it down, but you’re going to share it with a team member. You’re gonna share what you guys are doing. So this is something I do in the morning. I say, I wake up, the alarm goes off and I start my self-talk, my prayer time. I say, you know what, I matter.

I love myself. I love what I do. I am worthy, I’m valuable, and I have great purpose. I’m going to radiate abundance mentality today. I’m gonna radiate positivity and beauty to others. I have a gift to give to the world, and I deserve to be happy. I choose to be happy. I’m wise, I’m intelligent, I’m growing, I’m healing, I’m evolving, I’m learning. I’m not perfect, I’m in pursuit of excellence.

So those are the things that I say to myself. I want you to think about what you would say to yourself every morning, could be just three or four things, doesn’t have to be a bunch of stuff. Over time, you’ll start to say three things, then four things, then five things, and you repeat, repeat, repeat. You are what you eat. What are you feeding yourself up here? Share it with your team member, write it down, share it with your team member, and then do this every day this week. Share with each other.
